All services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability. It is recommended that you schedule your appointments in advance to secure a convenient date and time.

**COVID19 related cancellation will only be granted with proof of the proper testing result. Please be responsible for canceling your appointment accordingly.
Cancellation/Rescheduling must take place before 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Last-minute cancellation will cause a cancellation fee ($50-100). No shows will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled service. Accounts will need to be paid in full before future appointment can be scheduled. Client with a record of twice no-showed will be rejected to schedule.
Online appointment can be changed ONLY by the client and we do not take online appointment cancellation request by phone or email.
Each appointment is reserved for one client at a time. Irresponsible No-Show impact small business so bad. Please be responsible for your appointment and understand our cancellation policy.
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Lash&BrowbyChris

If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed (Removal fee vary by time) before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons. If your removal time exceeds 15min due to excess glue used on multiple lashes with improper application, additional fee will be applied.

*Please note after 22 days of the initial set/fill, and/or you have less than 20% of lash extensions remaining, you will be charged for a New set price.
All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Although extremely rare, allergic or irritant reactions may occur. Removal of lash extensions due to an allergic reaction following our services is provided at no charge. Please note that refunds are not provided in the event of an allergy. If you have concerns and are generally sensitive to products, it’s your responsibility to ask for patch test.
If you are experiencing within 24 hours any discomfort or irritation, please contact us immediately-this is not normal. If a lash becomes dislodged or you decide to remove your lashes, please do not attempt to do yourself as this can damage your natural lash. Contact us to schedule a professional removal. This is free.
All services in Cash only (Venmo/Zelle). A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service you have, and tips are genuinely appreciated for the full (pre-discounted) value.
