**COVID-19 related cancellation will only be granted with proof of the proper testing result. Please be responsible for canceling your appointment accordingly.
Cancellation or rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a booking fee of $50-150 will be forfeited, and this fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. No-shows will result in being billed for the full amount of the scheduled service, and the account must be settled in full before future appointments can be scheduled. Clients with a history of two no-shows will be unable to schedule further appointments.
Clients are allowed to reschedule a maximum of twice in the same month. If your schedule prevents you from keeping the appointment, please cancel and request a refund at least 48 hours in advance.
Online appointments can only be changed by the client, and we do not accept online appointment cancellation requests via phone or email.
Each appointment is reserved for one client at a time, and irresponsible no-shows have a significant negative impact on small businesses. Please be responsible for your appointment and understand our cancellation policy.
We kindly request that our clients arrive punctually for their appointments to ensure ample time for high-quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, please be aware that the duration of the appointment may be shortened due to time constraints.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be politely asked to reschedule, as accommodating late arrivals may disrupt the schedules of our lash artists and inconvenience their subsequent appointments. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that rescheduling may be at our discretion. In such cases, our cancellation/rescheduling policy will be applied.
Last-minute changes to appointments will only be accommodated if there is availability for a later time on the same day as your original appointment, and it does not inconvenience other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
We do not provide refill services for work that was not originally done at Lash&BrowbyChris – NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you currently have lash extensions, they must be removed before receiving your first new set with us (Removal fee varies by time). This policy is in place to mitigate the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials used in work from other salons. If the removal time exceeds 15 minutes due to excessive glue or improper application on multiple lashes, an additional fee will be applied.
*The fill-in price varies depending on the number of days passed since the initial set or the last fill within the 14/21 day timeframe.
*Please be aware that after 22 days from the initial set/fill or if you have less than 20% of lash extensions remaining, you will be charged the price for a new set.
All services offered are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. While allergic or irritant reactions are extremely rare, they may occur. In the event of an allergic reaction following our services, the removal of lash extensions will be provided at no charge. It's important to note that refunds will not be issued in the case of an allergy. If you have concerns or are generally sensitive to products, it is your responsibility to request a patch test before undergoing the full service.
If you experience any discomfort or irritation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately, as this is not considered normal. In the event that a lash becomes dislodged or if you choose to remove your lashes, refrain from attempting to do so yourself, as this could potentially damage your natural lashes. Instead, contact us to schedule a professional removal, and please note that this service is provided free of charge.
All services must be paid for in cash only. A recommended gratuity of 20% is suggested for any service received, and tips are sincerely appreciated based on the full (pre-discounted) value of the service.
